1. The service

Glifo is a software-as-a-service platform that assists with creating, editing, and organizing social media carousels. Features may include AI text and image generation, brand customization, content memory, templates, and export tools.

Glifo is the platform's trade name. The legal identity of the responsible supplier is stated in the contracting and billing documents. The official contact for questions about these Terms is contact@glifo.ai.

2. Account and access

To use restricted features, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and must notify Glifo if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old. Anyone under 18 may only use the service with the participation and authorization of a parent or legal guardian. An account may not be assigned, sold, or shared in a way that compromises platform security.

3. Plans, credits, and billing

The features, limits, prices, billing period, and applicable taxes for each plan are shown before purchase. Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled and are processed by a third-party payment provider.

You can change or cancel a plan through the methods available in your account. Unless the law, checkout terms, or a specific offer provides otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access remains available through the end of the purchased period. Any refund will follow the offer, payment method, and applicable consumer law.

4. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to the text, images, trademarks, and other materials you upload to Glifo. You may also use results generated for you to the extent permitted by law and third-party rights. You represent that you have the necessary permission for all materials you submit to the platform.

By using the service, you grant Glifo a limited, non-exclusive license for the time needed to host, process, adapt, and display your content solely to provide and protect the service. Glifo's software, brand, interface, proprietary templates, and technology remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Glifo for illegal activity, to infringe copyright, trademark, image, or privacy rights, to produce sexual material involving minors, promote violence or hatred, harass, defraud, spread malware, or send spam.

You also may not bypass limits or security controls, disrupt the service, access another person's account, reverse engineer the service where the law does not permit it, or automate access at a volume that harms the platform.

7. Availability and product changes

Glifo seeks to keep the service available and secure, but may perform maintenance, fix issues, update features, or discontinue third-party integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will remain available forever.

When a change materially affects a paid plan, Glifo will seek to give reasonable notice whenever possible.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service, cancel your plan, or request account deletion through the available methods. Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy and legally required retention rules.

Glifo may restrict or suspend access to investigate a violation of these Terms, a security risk, fraud, nonpayment, or a legal requirement. Where reasonable and permitted, you will be notified and allowed to correct the issue. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination.

9. Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing content you choose to publish, keeping copies of important materials, and complying with social network rules and third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, Glifo is not responsible for damage caused exclusively by user misuse, content published without review, third-party services outside its control, or unavoidable events unrelated to platform operations.

10. Privacy

Using Glifo involves processing personal data to create your account, provide the service, process payments, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Data categories, purposes, sharing, retention periods, and data subject rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

Glifo may update these Terms to reflect changes to the product, operations, or law. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email and will state their effective date.

If you do not agree with the new version, you may stop using the service and cancel your plan before it takes effect, without limiting any mandatory rights provided by law.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. If you have a question or issue, please contact support first so we can seek a direct solution.

Where a consumer relationship applies, you may use the competent courts of your place of residence and consumer protection channels. In other cases, jurisdiction will be determined under applicable Brazilian law.
